At Chalet Beyond we have been discovering the mountains in both summer and winter for over 17 years. Since 2005, our team has been committed to finding the nicest cycling accommodations and cycling hotels with a great location, including fantastic meals and cycling guides to make our guests feel at home.
Why? Because we have a love for the mountains and for cycling. We have explored and cycled all the cycling areas and cycling routes on Chaletbeyond.nl ourselves. For us, there is no better way to share our passion for cycling with you than to ensure a great stay at Chalet Beyond!

My love for nature, and the mountains in particular, gave me the urge to cycle up these mountains. I started doing this, and this hobby somewhat got out of hand. After many cycling holidays, it became clear to me: this is what really gets me fired up. I want to share my enthusiasm for cycling in the mountains with as many people as possible!
I started doing this with Ride Up Cycling Tours. Since 2026, I can call myself the owner of Chalet Beyond. The awesome world of winter sports was added as well—also wonderfully active in the mountains!
You can contact me for just about anything. I will always try to create a suitable proposal to make our guests happy. We organize your amazing winter sports or cycling holiday!

For me, every day is about improving our services for our customers. In 2005, I founded Chalet Beyond. As the owner of the company, I am really busy with everything. From creating new programs to making a booking and managing staff.

Years ago, my love for the mountains and snowboarding brought me to the Alps. Soon, cycling in the summer was added as a leisure activity. In the meantime, I enjoy my Enduro in the forest on exciting descents just as much as I enjoy a challenging climb on my racing bike. I also like to take long walks on the beautiful paths of Oz and the surrounding area.
As the HR Manager at Chalet Beyond my main task is to recruit and guide our staff. In addition, I am involved in processing bookings. Living in the beautiful Oisans region makes it possible to regularly help out in one of our chalets and provide everyone with the best local information. Hope to see you soon!

Chalet Hosts
Hello, we are Jason & Renée: chalet managers and permanent staff at Chalet Beyond. In the summer, you’ll find us at the cycling hotel in Oz-en-Oisans, and in the winter in one of the catered chalets. We always do our best to pamper our guests as much as possible and serve delicious meals.
After living abroad for several years and traveling extensively, our love for the mountains ultimately led us to Chalet Beyond. We both truly enjoy living in the mountains and fully embrace hiking, climbing, and running during the summer. In the winter, of course, we love hitting the slopes to ski and snowboard.
Wherever we may meet you, we will always do everything we can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and contribute to an unforgettable holiday!

Tim & Ruth inspire others every day to get on their bike with @Biketravels.cc. At Chalet Beyond we are happy to support this! Previously they cycled the Granfondo Stelvio Santini and in 2025 they will go for La Marmotte!

My name is Thomas Larooij, a second-year student in the Sports Management and Entrepreneurship program. During my internship, I will be spending part of my time in Oz.
I have a passion for sports and want to develop myself in the field of management. That is why I am extremely grateful for the opportunity Chalet Beyond has given me. I used to be a cyclist, and the sport holds a special place in my heart. Besides that, I greatly enjoy being active and spending time outdoors in the mountains. Two years ago, I had the opportunity to work during the Marmotte, an experience that taught me a lot and that I thoroughly enjoyed. Being able, through my studies, to once again contribute to creating an unforgettable experience for the participants is something that excites me.
As part of my internship assignment, I will be working in Oz as: Assistant for the sports program, support with logistical planning, and general chalet staff.

Hey, nice to meet you!
My name is Tom, I am 24 years old and I come from the beautiful Nieuwkoop in The Netherlands. In my spare time I cycle and run and then preferably ultra trail running, the heavier and longer the better and preferably in the mountains. In addition, I love traveling, discovering new cultures, good food and getting to know new people. From these hobbies I ended up at Chalet Beyond, where you will find me part of the coming summer as a Chalet Operator and part-time Cycling Guide.
