A unique addition for you: Chalet Edelweisspitze in Kaprun – Zell am See, Austria. Originally built as accommodation next to a horse riding school and therefore constructed in a horseshoe shape located just outside the village. This offers stunning views and tranquility, while still keeping you close to very well-known and charming ski villages!

Our crew welcomes you with open arms and provides surprisingly good catering, as you have come to expect from us. After a hearty breakfast, you can enjoy skiing or snowboarding at Kaprun – Kitzsteinhorn. Want to visit a different area? No problem, Zell am See – Saalbach/Hinterglem is also included in your ski pass. In the evening, we serve a delicious 3-course menu featuring a mix of local dishes as well as various Mediterranean and international cuisines. Naturally, we also offer a vegetarian option.

Chalet Edelweisspitze consists of 11 units accommodating 2 to 8 people, making it easy to arrange for your group. We offer the catered concept for groups of 16 to 45 people. This location is ideal for groups, as there is a spacious living room/bar and a shared dining area that can also be divided in two. The interconnected studios and apartments offer plenty of privacy, are spacious in layout, and modernly furnished. You can access the bar/dining room from the outside of your own apartment (10-30m).

The chalet is located within walking distance of Kaprun (1.2 km). You can reach the Maiskogelbahn ski lift (2.2 km) via our direct shuttle service. You board at the chalet’s parking lot and are taken to the lift in the morning and picked up in the afternoon. This takes place at fixed times. By arrangement, we can drive to Zell am See twice a week.

For après-ski enthusiasts: a 15-minute walk will take you right to the center of Kaprun. Or you can throw your own party in the house bar!

There is ample parking space in front of the accommodation.
You will be taken from the accommodation to the ski lifts by shuttle buses: 4 days to Kaprun and 2 days to Zell am See.

Here is an example layout for groups of 16-22 people. If you are with more people, one or more studios/apartments will be added. Submit a request to receive a custom proposal.

• 3x Apartments for 3-5 people: kitchenette with dining table and a seating area. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a separate single bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
• 1x Penthouse apartment for 7-8 people: kitchenette with dining table and a spacious seating area. Four bedrooms, three with two single beds and one with a double bed. Bathroom with bath, shower, and toilet.

• 4x Studio for 2-4 people: kitchenette with dining table and a double bed, mezzanine with a double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet.
• 1x Apartment for 3 people: kitchenette with dining table, a seating area and a single bed. One bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
• 3x Apartments for 3-5 people: kitchenette with dining table and a seating area. Two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
