New to our offering this coming winter is catered chalet Gasthof Heim in Kirchberg. Centrally located in a charming winter sports village. The rooms are very neatly furnished, and most have been renovated this year, including new beds. Modern luxury is the best way to describe it. You reach the living room/restaurant via the hallway and staircase inside the house. The Gasthof features a wellness area with a Finnish sauna and an aroma steam bath on level -1.

In total, Gasthof Heim consists of 10 rooms and apartments, spread over two floors. The apartments have their own kitchen—handy if you want to make coffee or tea, or perhaps even prepare a simple soup. You can easily move from one room to another, and you will have this section of the property entirely to yourselves.

The cuisine by Hubert (owner and chef) is outstanding. You’ll enjoy delicious local dishes here and can indulge every day (6 dinners) in a freshly prepared 3-course meal. The schnitzels are locally renowned—this is the best place for them in the area. Hubert’s cooking is so good that locals also like to come and dine here. For that reason, the dining area is a public restaurant with a small bar, which you will share with other guests. However, this will be minimal, as the majority of the space is already occupied by your group and is semi-private. Drinks are to be paid for on site. Please take this into account.

Location

Kirchberg is a fantastic winter sports destination. Kitzbühel–Kirchberg is unique in many ways: two legendary villages, the world’s most famous ski race (the Hahnenkammrennen), lively après-ski, upscale shopping, and a large and varied ski area (source: wintersporters.nl). It is also easily accessible by car from the Netherlands and/or via Innsbruck Airport.

This chalet is very suitable for medium-sized groups (approx. from 20 up to a maximum of 27 people). Please note the bed configuration: there are several double beds, each with its own mattress and duvet. The owner Hubert and his team take care of management and provide well-organized catering. There is no Chalet Beyond staff on site.
