Catering Prices Chalet Brocard per person
The prices below are added on top of the chalet rental.
During high season, we charge the following catering costs:
- Adults € 425,- per person per week
- Children (4 to 11 years) 2-course children’s menu € 285,- per person per week
- Children (2 to 3 years) € 125,- per person per week
During low season, we charge the following catering costs:
- Adults € 395,- per person per week
- Children (4 to 11 years) 2-course children’s menu € 265,- per person per week
- Children (2 to 3 years) € 125,- per person per week

Children’s discounts
Going on a winter sports holiday with children? The following rates apply to children up to and including 11 years old.
- 0-1 years: free in the parents’ room
- 2-3 years: € 245
- 4-11 years: 30% discount
For children up to and including 11 years old, we serve a delicious two-course dinner before the parents sit down at the table, if desired. The children’s discount is only valid if you meet the total amount for the chalet (minimum number of guests x basic price for adults).
Surcharges & discounts
- Rent a high chair: free
- Rent a cot: € 15,- per bed
- Dogs allowed on request: € 75,- per week per dog
- The minimum occupancy means that we charge at least the basic price for this number of adults. If the occupancy is higher than the minimum occupancy, each additional person aged 12 or older pays 75% of the basic price
- Child discount is only valid if you meet the total amount for the chalet (minimum number of guests x basic price for adults)
- When booking per room, the surcharge for a single room is 40% of the basic price

FAQ Catered Ski Chalet
A catered ski chalet is a fully catered accommodation with meals (breakfast 7x, afternoon tea 6x and 3-course dinner 6x) included. The meals are prepared by our professional and kind chalet hosts. In addition to the meals, (final) cleaning, bed linen and towels are also included.

Of course! It is no problem to take allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements into account. It is nice to be informed of this in time, so that we can adjust our menu and purchases accordingly.

When you’re staying 7 days with us, the chalet hosts will have 1 free day. On this day, they will not provide afternoon tea and dinner. They will ensure that everything is ready for breakfast on this day.
Our chalet hosts know the area well. They will be happy to help you with a reservation at a suitable and nice restaurant in the area for dinner!
Yes! Children up to 12 years old can enjoy a special children's menu. Before the adults sit down at the table, the children get a tasty main course and dessert. After, the chalet hosts prepare the 3-course dinner for the adults. As soon as the children are in bed, you can sit down at the table!
Coffee and tea are included in the rate of the catered chalet. In addition, our chalet hosts ensure that the house bar is stocked with juices, soft drinks, beer and wines. These are sold at a friendly price.

Yes! You don't have to worry about that during your holiday. Our chalet hosts clean the common areas daily (except for the day off). In addition, they come by once during your stay to freshen up the bathrooms and provide you with a clean towel.
The final clean is also included.
No, the price does not include ski passes and equipment rental. If desired, we will be happy to help you arrange the passes and equipment free of charge! We will then ensure that the ski passes are waiting for you upon arrival and the equipment is ready to be picked up.
Yes, the entire chalet is yours! Unless you book a room with the Shared Catered Chalet Concept. In this case, you may share the common areas with other guests.
Are you coming to the chalet by plane or train? Transport to the chalet is not included in the price. Of course we are ready to arrange a transfer for you. We know the areas and providers, feel free to ask for our help!
