What is a Catered Chalet?
Chalet Beyond is a specialist when it comes to catered chalets. With the Catered Chalet Concept you book your own chalet with the luxury of chalet hosts who take all the work off your hands.
You don’t have to worry about anything. In the morning, a continental breakfast is ready for you. After breakfast you go straight to the slopes. When you return from a day of skiing or boarding, an afternoon snack with coffee and/or tea is waiting for you. In the evening, we serve a freshly prepared three-course dinner.
There are no household chores this week, all you have to do is enjoy your vacation! Our Catered Chalet Concept makes your winter sports holiday absolutely more fun and relaxing.
What is included?
Breakfast
We offer a continental breakfast every day of your stay, consisting of different types of bread, crackers, cereals, sweet spreads, different types of cheese and cold cuts. In addition, there is yoghurt, fresh fruit, fruit juices, milk, coffee and tea. Every day a breakfast special is served, such as scrambled eggs, croissants or pancakes.
Afternoon tea
Six out of seven days of your stay, there will be something tasty waiting for you when you return from the slopes! This can be sweet snacks, such as cake or pastries, or savoury snacks, such as a slice of pizza or a snack platter. Something tasty to refuel!
Dinner
On six out of seven evenings we provide a fresh home-made three-course dinner. We work with a daily menu that is composed with the right balance to give all the energy for an active day on the slopes! We serve large portions. Enough for everyone!
Are there any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements? Please let us know. It is no problem to take this into account.
One day a week our chalet managers have a day off. There will be no dinner in the chalet this evening. Our staff will be happy to advise and reserve a spot for you at a nice restaurant nearby. They know the area like no other.

Special kids menu
For children up to 11 years old, we serve a delicious two-course dinner if desired. The children’s menu is served around 6PM. After the children have eaten and are in bed, you as parents can relax and enjoy dinner, which is served at 7.30PM. Of course, the times are an indication and can be changed if a different time suites you better.
Sheets, towels & cleaning
Upon arrival, the beds will be made for you by our chalet hosts. They will also provide you with towels. During the week, they will keep the common areas clean. In addition, they will come by once to freshen up the bathrooms, take away trash and used towels and provide you with a clean towel. The final cleaning of the chalet is also included.
What is excluded?
Beverages
Coffee and tea are included. Other drinks are excluded. Our chalet hosts will make sure that the fridge is filled with beer, wine and soft drinks. The prices are very friendly and we will grant requests where possible. Drinks consumed will be charged at the end of your stay.
Don’t feel like writing down every drink? Ask for the drinks package when you make your reservation, where drinks are included.
Ski passes and equipment rental
The prices do not include ski passes and equipment rental. If possible, we will be happy to arrange these for you free of charge. In this case the ski passes will be waiting for you upon arrival and the reserved equipment can be collected.
Lunch
Catered chalet is based on breakfast, afternoon snack and three-course dinner. Would you also like to take a packed lunch with you on the slopes? For € 8,50 p.p.p.d. our hosts will provide extra bread, toppings, fruit and a savoury and/or sweet snack at breakfast to pack and take with you.
Tourist tax
The locations where our chalets are located ask for tourist tax. The amount of this amount varies per location. Check the page of the ski chalet for the amount of the tourist tax.
Our Chalet hosts
We work with skilled and very hospitable chalet hosts. Our team consists of catering enthusiasts who enjoy preparing and serving excellent meals and creating a nice and relaxed atmosphere in the catered chalet. They are ready to answer all your questions about slopes, nice restaurants or help with ski lessons and equipment.
If you have ordered lift passes from us in advance, we will ensure that they are ready for you in the chalet.

FAQ Catered Ski Chalet
A catered ski chalet is a fully catered accommodation with meals (breakfast 7x, afternoon tea 6x and 3-course dinner 6x) included. The meals are prepared by our professional and kind chalet hosts. In addition to the meals, (final) cleaning, bed linen and towels are also included.

Of course! It is no problem to take allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements into account. It is nice to be informed of this in time, so that we can adjust our menu and purchases accordingly.

When you’re staying 7 days with us, the chalet hosts will have 1 free day. On this day, they will not provide afternoon tea and dinner. They will ensure that everything is ready for breakfast on this day.
Our chalet hosts know the area well. They will be happy to help you with a reservation at a suitable and nice restaurant in the area for dinner!
Yes! Children up to 12 years old can enjoy a special children’s menu. Before the adults sit down at the table, the children get a tasty main course and dessert. After, the chalet hosts prepare the 3-course dinner for the adults. As soon as the children are in bed, you can sit down at the table!
Coffee and tea are included in the rate of the catered chalet. In addition, our chalet hosts ensure that the house bar is stocked with juices, soft drinks, beer and wines. These are sold at a friendly price.

Yes! You don’t have to worry about that during your holiday. Our chalet hosts clean the common areas daily (except for the day off). In addition, they come by once during your stay to freshen up the bathrooms and provide you with a clean towel.

No, the price does not include ski passes and equipment rental. If desired, we will be happy to help you arrange the passes and equipment free of charge! We will then ensure that the ski passes are waiting for you upon arrival and the equipment is ready to be picked up.
Yes, the entire chalet is yours! Unless you book a room with the Shared Catered Chalet Concept. In this case, you may share the common areas with other guests.
Are you coming to the chalet by plane or train? Transport to the chalet is not included in the price. Of course we are ready to arrange a transfer for you. We know the areas and providers, feel free to ask for our help!
